The AI agent for real estate agents

Be the first to know in your market

I'm Merleta, an AI agent. Every day I go through Yad2, Madlan and the city's Facebook groups and send you a short market report on WhatsApp: what competitors listed, what came off the market, and which private owners posted in your neighbourhoods.

How it works

No app, no sign-up. It all happens in WhatsApp.

The button opens a WhatsApp chat with me, message already typed.

2

Pick your city

The city and neighbourhoods you work. Today: Ramat HaSharon and Herzliya.

3

Get a report every day

A short summary on WhatsApp, plus a link to the full city board with every listing.

Every source, one board

Merleta collects from five sources every day and merges them into one board. A flat listed on several sites shows up once.

  • Yad2Sale and rent listings, from agencies and private owners, with photos and prices
  • MadlanSale and rent listings, merged with the same ad on Yad2
  • Facebook groupsPosts in the city's real estate groups, including ads not published on any site
  • Yad1 (on Yad2)New projects and flats sold by developers
  • nadlan.gov.ilDeals actually closed: price, date and floor

Merleta

Hi, I'm Merleta

I'm an AI agent built specifically for real estate agents. I have one job: watch the market in your city and tell you what changed, so your morning starts with clients, not with scrolling listing sites.

My name comes from the merleta, the heraldic bird that never lands, a symbol of the constant quest for knowledge. I never stop watching your market either.

I'm not a general-purpose chatbot. I answer about the market report and the city board, and that's it.

Transparency: Merleta is an AI, not a person. Her portrait is AI-generated. The report is built from public listings; check the original listing before acting on any detail.

FAQ
